數碼產品退款政策

Pearl Palms 的產品（例如可列印 PDF 活動包）均為數碼下載產品，付款後即時提供下載。由於數碼檔案一經下載便無法退回，已下載的產品恕不設退款或退換。

以下情況，我們會協助處理：

• 檔案損壞、無法開啟，或內容與產品描述不符：請於購買後 14 日內電郵至 hello@pearlpalms.com，附上訂單編號。我們會重新提供檔案；如問題未能解決，可安排退款。
• 重複購買同一產品：請聯絡我們，我們會退回重複的款項。

退款批准後，款項會退回原付款方式；銀行或信用卡公司處理可能需要數個工作天。如適用法律賦予你其他權利，一切以法律為準。

Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All Pearl Palms products (such as printable PDF activity packs) are digital downloads, delivered immediately after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on downloaded products.

We are happy to help if:

• A file is damaged, will not open, or does not match the product description: email hello@pearlpalms.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will resend the file, and if the problem cannot be fixed, we can arrange a refund.
• You were charged twice for the same product: contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to process it. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
