1. How do I choose the right size?

We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hip circumference and comparing them to our size chart. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For the most accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and measure over your undergarments.


2. What is the fit like? Does it run true to size?

Our dresses are designed to fit true to size with a flattering, comfortable silhouette. The fabric has a slight stretch for ease of movement. We advise ordering one size up if you are in between sizes or would rather have a looser fit.


3. How should I measure myself for the best fit?

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso).
• Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below your waist.
• Length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder to where you want the hem to fall.


4. What if I'm between sizes?

If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit. Size down only if you prefer a closer, more fitted look.


5. Will the dress shrink after washing?

Follow the care label for best results. Washing in cold water and air-drying (or tumble drying on low) will prevent almost all shrinkage. High-heat drying should be avoided.


6. Is the fabric stretchy?

Yes! It has comfortable four-way stretch that moves with you while keeping its elegant shape—perfect for all-day wear.


7. What is the actual length of the dress?

Length ranges from 135 to 137 cm (shoulder to hem) depending on size. For most women, it falls on the ankle or floor.


8. Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely! If the size isn't perfect, just follow our easy returns & exchange policy—we'll help you get the right fit.
